mLAC is active in core research. The Research Centre at mLAC is recognized by Bangalore University, and offers Ph.D. program in Biotechnology, Kannada and Commerce. The Research Centre is fully equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories, library and computer systems with broadband Internet and wi-fi facility.
The success of our initiatives in research is borne out by the fact that we receive several grants for research.
The fruits of research obviously go out to our students, who get the opportunity to be part of the projects that are taken up. As they spend more time on research, which is beyond the scope of their regular curriculum, they have the edge later in their careers, whether they are seeking employment or going for higher studies.
